Recently, I went through a difficult situation but noticed my unusual calmness throughout. I remember that a day before while driving, I found myself singing spontaneously to God. New songs came from my heart and my 2nd daughter, who was with me in the car steered at me, wondering what was happening. I didn’t immediately link my reaction with the situation to the gratitute to God until the Holy Spirit pointed my attention to it, and how that action supplied the much needed grace i required just at my time of need.
Gratitude is the quality of being thankful. Often times, what prevents us from experiencing consistent supply of Grace is because we don’t focus on Jesus. When we give gratitude to God, we are acknowledging that He is our source. By doing this, we open ourselves to more flow of grace. God is abundant in grace so much that can flow to every single person in this world and He won’t run out. Gratitude allows us receive more.
Today, make gratitude your lifestyle and see yourself enjoy so much grace in every area of your life. Grace just when you need it and much more that you need.
Grace abounds!
